Volunteers are needed to help out and are encouraged to bring tools. Volunteers will be edging, picking up trash, cleaning up bleachers, and more around the athletic facilities and fields and Satsuma High School. If you would like more information about the clean-up you can contact:

Effective May 1st, 2010:
The Alabama Department of Environmental Management is reminding Alabamians of the open burning ban soon to be in effect for 12 counties across Alabama. The ban, which is designed to protect air quality, is effective from May through October and includes Baldwin, DeKalb, Etowah, Jefferson, Lawrence, Madison, Mobile, Montgomery, Morgan, Russell, Shelby, and Talladega counties. Senior Citizen Transportation
The City of Satsuma is excited to inform you that we will now offer Senior Citizen transportation. This free program has been designed to help you to and from your appointments.
You must be 60 years of age or older to ride the bus. We need 24 hour notification of appointments to provide transportation.
Appointments must be before 2:30 pm.
